well I'll put the IG name in the FB ads task and we can try to access it this way. Chris had the idea because the client is reluctant to get a new FB page because they dont want it to show up in searches and compete with their existing page which they lost admin access to.

I'm not sure. I actually have never had a need to access someone's IG profile without running ads for them. Sorry I can't help. Facebook makes things so difficult

 also in addition to above question ^^ how do we get access as an agency to an IG acct without going through FB business? What would the recommended process be here?

so the issue is they dont have owner access to their business fb page, we have access to the FB ads acct though. They dont want to set up a new FB page but they do have access to their IG business profile. SO I'm hoping thats the solution.

So Ads always run from a Facebook Ads account. But we can run them through an IG profile vs a FB profile if we need to
