Yes. It's possible to purchase canada phone numbers. From tracking purpose yes it would be better to have separate phone numbers for both locations.

But I just checked and no phone number is available for for the area code 416. So pls confirm with the client if we can add 647 or 437 area code phone numbers.

Isaac please use the 647 area code. It is used more than the 437 one. Thank you!

Field Label - Location

On all the forms for Canada LPs will have "Canada" as the default value in this hidden. For the Hollywood. It would be "Hollywood" in the default value. For all Coolsculpting forms. It would be "Canada."
For the general forms. It would be "Unknown"

Also add this field to the webhook like this.

This image that we have uploaded on the website is 1920px * 1920px way too large. The ideal size for this image should be just 411px * 411px.

I know it's a little extra work manually resizing images but it's very important for the website page speed which directly affects the lead conversion.

Please instruct our devs for this.

Thank you so much Isaac , this is in the new checklist I created about image sizes. I will make sure to always double check that since it is part of my audit as well but I was working on another large site simultaneously and must have overlooked it.

I will also add the information about the gravity form webhook fields, floating number. Can you please take a look at that spreadsheet checklist when you get a chance? I believe I gave you access to edit the locked Master sheet. You can manipulate it as needed. Otherwise, maybe it's best you and I have a zoom meeting to review it together and I can manipulate it then.

I am sorry I overlooked it, I will double check to make sure it is in our new checklist, but it is in the audit guide document. Please always refer to the audit guide document additionally to the spreadsheet. I will help keep a close eye on back-end things like that. I'll schedule a review on it all early next week. Just keep this in mind, no need to reply. 

Alyssa - Yes. I just checked it thoroughly. Really sorry for taking so long to check it. I do have some suggestions and edits for some of the things in it but it would be best we discuss it over a call as you suggested and you make edits in it after fully understanding the the reason behind those edits and suggestions instead of me editing it on my end.

Alyssa Hector - The GHL tracking phone numbers has been added now.

Ivonne i know you requested the GHL # on the whole site but there are two numbers so not sure what to do here. 

Vania said client requested the 1800 # be the fwd number because the operator answers for all locations. Should we place the Toronto GHL # on the whole site? Or do I need to have Isaac do the tracking numbers differently? 

Alyssa  so the 1800 should be the number throughout the site? If so, then the GHL number should only be 1. 

It's better to track each location Ivonne based on what Isaac said above. So we would want the two numbers on each specified location's LP for ads.

Isaac any insight here? Do we need a 3rd number or better to place one number throughout the site? The client wants the phone numbers to fwd to the 1800 number. 

Alyssa so lets have both tracking numbers forward to the same 1800 number.

Let's change the button on the homepage and instead have text like the below.

Both numbers GHL #s fwd to the the 1(800) already, Vania updated that. 
I don't think we need to update the number anywhere else. The client wants the 1(800) number displayed on the heading.

Alyssa Ivonne - It depends. If client wants to filter out the call reports based on the locations. We would need two different phone numbers and also having either only a 647 or 310 on the whole website may confuse the leads because each of these belongs to very far away places.

Alyssa  we were going to get a 1800 number. none are available. I am going to work with the client to get the two numbers registered with an A2P. Isaac has determined that going forward this is something that will need to happen with every single tracking number. oy.
