Following the completion of client {Beauty Bar Clinics - www.beautybarclinics.ca} and their website (https://go.beautybarclinics.ca) setup, began to check on pop ups, side forms and other forms on several landing pages we are running ads to, to make sure they were working correctly. And that they were populating on the leadsheet. Found an issue with bottom forms not connected.

Try again with a different IP address and different test data and it should work.

If the entry went to Spam, then we are good to go and no need to test. I just needed to make sure that the forms were hooked up.
