In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account -  Beauty Bar Clinics 311-788-9369.  The verification process needs to be started by May 4th, or else your ads will have been paused and the account could be suspended permanently. 

The good news is that I have already begun the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we still need to verify your organization or business. 

1 - a photo ID (front and back) of the owner or person in charge of Google ads account =   Beauty Bar Clinics 311-788-9369    

2 - W-9 form or - IRS verification letter (CP 575) which includes your EIN number. 

I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account beautybarclinic@gmail.com   where Google ads has sent instructions. 

You can start it yourself and then send us the documents, and I can take care of the entire process for you. Or we can set up a Zoom meeting so we can help you take care of it.

Good morning.

I have an issue with this client's Google ads and I am trying to see if you could shed some light on it.
One, their account is set to Canada and the payments are made in Canadian using
American CCs.

He sent over some documents so I can verify the account. However, the documents he sent are W2s for USA region. Yet his account is set to Canada so I cannot submit them.

What do you suggest or think we should do in this situation Shane?

I'm going to ask the obvious question of whether or not we can change the country on his account? Any idea why it was set to Canada to begin with? Previous agency? 

No, we cannot change the country.. Once you create an account, it stays for the country which you created it under. Or the one Google picks according to your IP address.

Plus, that is where they created the original company; in Canada.
He sent me over some Canadian papers and I submitted them now.
I tried to explain to him that he could not create another - new - Google ads account and run ads to the same website from there. It would be considered circumventing.

I heard back from them today and the account has now been verified.
It WORKED!!!! YEEY!!!
