Good morning Isaac, team. Looking at their spreadsheet and Chris emails, it appears we never got access to their Domain registrar. I just sent Janell an email to find out who it is and for her to provide us with access. Will let you know once I obtain it.

I been communicating back and forth with them but to no avail. They do not seem to know whom their old hosting provider is. I did a WHOIS search and found that it is Hover or https://www.tucowsdomains.com I am CC on the email to see if we can get this resolved. thanks.

Good morning. I spent a while last night speaking with Janell about issues they are having with their emails. I tagged you in the conversation. Can you please look into why her email is not working? She says they have about 20 of them. Also, she mentioned that their email is hosted by Steve and she wants it to remain that way. Thanks,

- Yes, it was due to the wrong mail servers provided by their old marketing company.
It has now been fixed and I also sent a confirmation email regarding the issue being resolved to Janell.
