Recommendations for the staff at Belle Vie Medical:

  • A welcoming or acknowledgment text message should be sent out to all potential clients as soon as possible. This works for the benefit of client in several ways, not just letting the lead know that their request has been received. It also helps create an additional channel of communication between the spa and a potential client.

  • The team at Belle Vie Medical never sent out an automatic welcoming email to the lead. We recommend sending out a personal type of email as other top medical spas do. Statistics show that sending out welcoming or confirmation emails provides greater ROI results when it comes to leads. Emails also aid in initiating and building a line of communication between the lead and the client.

  • No follow up phone direct phone calls, text messages or emails were ever sent to the potential lead again. We highly recommend that leads should be followed up on with a phone call on the first day and the following day. Then, an email, phone call and text again a few days after that. Then, repeat this process a week or so later again if thereโ€™s no response from the lead.

They DO have a texting system ( not high level) but something else. so they should 1000% text. I think Hector would be ok to send out this report, it will def make them be more on top of their game.
