Actually it is on the whole site as that is the first page I listed -  https://go.bellocorpomedspa.com/ - as well as the other ones mentioned.
Also, in all fairness, we have a few clients who do this. 
It lets client narrow down the what we are doing for them while allowing them to see if we are actually getting them leads. 
Unless we are running the other site, not just Go.bellocorpomedspa.

since Isaac transferred site to http://bellocorpomedspa.com I went ahead and updated Callrail and GTM to reflect this.
Now, the numbers are changing again, calls being monitored properly.
Verified they are tracked.
