This will be a make up Secret shop due to problems with emails - on our end - from last one.
What day would work best for you to teach me some of this stuff? I am pretty flexible depending on kids, but I will make it work. The best times for me are 12:30-2:30, Mountain Time, but let me know how your schedule is, as you have A LOT more on your plate then me. THANKS
Good morning.
Perhaps we can go over some of this stuff this week. I am super busy with so much going on but I will try to set something up for Thursday perhaps. A few things:
First thing you will need is to create a few other phone accounts you can use. You want to try to avoid using your real phone number for several reasons.
You will also want to create a few fake emails you can use as well.
Also, I am going to send you some basic questions about Coolsculpting you will need the answers to. These are questions you may need to ask the spa when you move on to the 2nd phase - calling the spa directly - of the secret shop.
Lastly, keep an accurate account of all the things you do with each client. Your notes will be the key to the entire process.
I will make a video for you teaching you some of the basic stuff. We can then go over other things during our meeting.

Form what you are writing, it doesn't sound as if today may not be good for you. It is also a bit difficult for me since I am way backed up with these new clients we just signed.
I am an early bird as can't sleep past 5 to 6 AM. Having said that, let's see how it looks for us tomorrow.
As I stated in the other thread, I am going to work on the videos for you first. This way, you will be a bit more familiar with everything once we have a conference chat.
Hey is there any way I can listen into a call when you secret shop? I have an idea of what needs to happen, but just want to hear one before I actually attempt it. Also THANK YOU SO MUCH for puting the call rail form into google docs. It looks great, and I will definitely just work off of that.

I would suggest a few things before you call.
1 - Make sure you know the zip code, area of the spa you are calling. * They may ask you about where you are and you need to know how to respond.
2. Make a list of questions to ask the agents and know the answers to them. This is crucial for reporting purposes. Also, you will need to know these questions depending on the services you are calling about.
3. Make sure you use CallRail tracking numbers so that the call is recorded. Otherwise, you will have no recording proof of what happened during the call. * You will also need this for reporting and record keeping, being accurate.
4. Have all the information that you used to initiate the leads test handy i.e. name, email, phone number and so on.

Last time we secret shopped them, Whitney mentioned that we dropped the ball on it and it was our fault I believe. Which is why this was a make up Leads test for them.
