Following the completion of client {Coastal Carolina Internal Medicine, PA -www.ccimpa.com} and their website (https://go.ccimpa.com) setup, began to check on pop ups, side forms and other forms to make sure they were working correctly. And that they were populating on the leadsheet. Found an issue with the pop ups not hooked up to the leadsheet.

It seems that none of the pop ups are hooked up to the leadsheet since they are not populating. 
Can you please check to see why?

Actually, we do have the pop ups cause I am seeing them; on all 3 pages.
Can they still be visible if they are not built on the website yet?

You are correct Isaac. Charmae did add them by mistake. She now added them to Elmentor.
I am seeing them on now. I will go ahead and test them.

Isaac, I saw them as well. But it took almost 10 minutes before I saw them. By then my comment had already been made.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - That's strange. I just checked and my test lead came in successfully. I am also seeing other submissions from this popup that came in successfully to the sheet. Would you mind try submitting the form again from a different network to make sure your submissions are not going to spam.

For the GTM. I checked and confirm. It's running on the whole website. It could be a due to temporary error or some extension in your browser due to which it got timed out. Please try again now tomorrow and make a video for me if you still see the same issue. I will investigate.
