Hi @Alyssa, Done auditing the pages, can you review the notes I added and confirm if I'm allowed to edit some of those? This website has a different structure compared to the previous websites.

The important thing to note here is that all gravity forms do not function well, it will say "parse error" and doesn't direct to a thank you page. I can't see the GF form setting on the builder also. Should I assign and mention Isaac about this?

I already added alt texts on the images on each page.

Isaac can you look into the gravity form functions? May is getting a Parsererror and they won't redirect to the confirmation pages. I couldn't duplicate that when I tried though. Is it because of the phone number she used and some syntax in the code blocking it? Or VPN related?

May thank you! Yes, Isaac is who to assign for gravity form issues. However, I tested myself and couldn't replicate the issue. I left some notes in the document. For any edits you cannot do, please ask Isaac. 

I should mention that alt text doesn't always need to be added. Only for SEO clients. I will send you and Michelle a link to a reference for SEO clients.

2.  I can’t make any changes on the Coolsculpting Thank you page. It says Server Error. I still have a lot of edits and adjustments needed.

Alyssa   May -  It's because of the anti spam plugin that this client has on the website. It only allows the submissions from the countries added in the settings. I deactivated it last week but some re-activated it.

May - I have now added Phillipines in the country list. Please try again now. In case you use VPN and accessing the website through a different country's IP address. Please share the country name and I will add it in the plugin settings.
