Chris , the landing page for Dermal Fillers is non-existent. That is unless we are going to create one.
There's an issue with the one presently on the menu.

There's an error message there. 

Hector  - Just checked for it and above service page including many service pages on this website have this same issue as we built them using the pre-built page builder that comes with Avada theme. Now since the client have switched from Avada to "Hello Elementor" theme on the website. Those pages have stopped working. To fix the issue we either need to create all those pages again on this new theme or revert back to theme Avada.

Isaac thank you for the response and explanation.
But this is nuts that this guy - the owner - is still going this route since he may likely be losing visitors and customers. Especially if they run into that issue as I did.

He responded this morning. He says he is aware of this; has been aware for months. Not sure how a doctor would allow about 6 of his pages to be this way for so long. 
I sent him a follow up email with the other pages that are messed up as well.

Obviously let pause any ad campaigns with broken pages 

Chris, the only 2 ads campaigns we have running for this client are the for Coolsculpting and Botox. 
Both of those pages are working fine, pop ups and all. 

Ok can u check in my medstar emails from the doc and see if he wanted us to start any other campaigns. Do not write him just investigate i want to make sure we are not missing something

  "Okay great. Yea can we do CS and fillers. Budget $750 for CS and $250 for fillers.  " Or $500 for Botox in a follow up email.

Starting CoolSculpting Facebook Campaign $750 a month

Botox on Facebook $500

Dermal Fillers on Google ads $500

There are no other emails that I see regarding budgets. 

Am I good to go ahead and restart CS and Botox based on where we're at with this? 

Shane, it is my understanding that neither CS or Botox were ever OFF or paused. Both campaigns are active on Google ads right now. 
We are only concerned with the landing pages above which have issues. 
The CS and Botox pages are fine. 

So until the doc fixed dermal fillers we cannot fix. 

Chris, that is correct. 
I just checked the email we wrote and he has not responded. 
From the response he gave on the initial email - and the lack of response on both our follow ups - it appears he doesn't really care. 
I cannot understand how he could be content with so many pages on his website not working. 

Are we good to close this task then? Botox and CS are live.
