Can you please provide a bit more information on exactly what you mean by this task? 
If this is a question as to whether or not Callrail can text to clients, then the answer is yes. I believe we can tweak it to do so. 

The doc said he can't text with it? Is it because of his plan?

The doc can get notifications to receive alerts for calls and texts to his tracking numbers.
If he wants to send out text to patients, then I do not believe it is possible with Callrail.
But Chris, Isaac and I were looking and working on an app that does that called Twilio.
I think we need to bring Chris  in on this since this is a service we can sell to the client. 

He can send through callrail but i should get him hooked up on highlevel. 

We no longer have access to this Callrail account.
Not finding them under Medstar hierarchy either.
