We need to duplicate these pages and make them paid media pages with a -p after. We also need to create popups and forms that only have one submit button.

Brittany  all of the poups were tested and succcessfully populated on the leadsheet. I don't see Bloom in the app so I don't think they use GHL... Right? 

Elizabeth  correct, they do not use GHL with medstar

Brittany  - can we rush this and get this tasked out to Shane, please provide him with the new confirmation page as well. We use their own elementor popups. Make sure there is not multi-step submission forms. 

Brittany  - I see we are using Sleeknote, we need to use their own Elementor form but i like the style we did with sleek note. Once complete we need to test the forms and make sure they client gets the leads as athey have their own leadsheet. You can also test to see if you get a text message

Isaac  We need to use the Elementor popups this client already has instead of the ones we created on Sleeknote. Can you please update?

I am seeing conversion tracking broken for this client. Pop ups are not showing up for me. I am wondering if you guys working on this is the reason. 
Google ads are paused now so please let me know once you guys have finished this.

I tested the https://bloom.health/coolsculpting/ so far. I was able to fill out the 3 step annoying form he has in place.
I see the lead on the sheet.
Isaac, I thought this client had a pop up on the home page? I am not seeing one.
I will test out the other pages as well.

Yes same budgets as in August. Can we please get this assigned to shane asap
