Hi Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne , this client still has 0% conversion rate for the three offerings (Coolsculpting, Signature Facials and Hydra Facial) I'm thinking that it might have something to do on how the pop-up and the gravity forms are. If I were a customer, if I see that I need to fill up a form in 3 steps, I will continue. 

We also have a competitor for Coolsculpting in the same area offering a 50% off while ours is 25% off.

This client always has an issue with the pop ups. Chris has talked to him but he chooses to have his own pops ups.

I am seeing no conversions on Google ads for more than 18 days now.
Shane Quast, Medstar Shane can you please take a look at this to see if you find something off?

Brittany, I believe that more time is needed to determine that. We moved this to a consolidated campaign on 10/24/23 which is close to the end of the month. 
Shane, please correct me if I am mistaken and you have data showing otherwise.

That is not good Ivonne. 
I am not seeing the GTM there. We changed how we used to do the GTM and I always on top of them. I checked them and kept spreadsheets updated. Now, we the few changes we have, that may have been why the GTM added to the new pages may have slipped through the cracks. 
I will update the sheets.
