All of these pages are not loading up correctly. 
Something is wrong with the site.

Hector - hah. I think the same thing every time I check his website finds a new layout on pages.

Well the good news is that it looks like he finally fixed it. 
I was about to send him an email.

Shane is reporting that conversion tracking is broken for this client. 
He says it appears that the new pop ups appear to be the culprit. 
Is there something you can do, if so can you please look into it for us?

First, I want to confirm that this is their lead sheet since it is not on their folder -

Second, I just did a POP UP test on their CS page and it IS NOT coming out on this lead sheet.
Third, I also filled out bottom form, not seeing lead show up on lead sheet either. 
Lastly, none  of the tags are firing as you can see on the screenshot below.

I am not seeing any of the pop ups Jonnamae created for these pages. I do not believe they are working or on.

I think the Doc may have turned them off and added his own which are - in my opinion - clunky and difficult.
Isaac  
Botox lead is also not recorded on the lead sheet. 

Hector - Yes, this client is using his own popups and forms built on Elementor plugin. Also, he seems to be using his own Zapier and smartsheet for tracking lead.

He has  disabled all of ours.
On Optinmonster - all of our pop ups are also off.
