Hi Hannah, Client Success Manager at Medstar Hannah - I performed a secret shop on Bloom. This will be the start of their quarterly shop rotation. There next shop is tentatively scheduled for 12/20/23.

This call was good, the only thing is I did not receive any phone calls from them and they are one of the clients who are not in the GHL so I can't confirm what they have documented, etc.

We received 2 texts and a welcome email from you after we input the lead. However, we did not receive any phone calls. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential patient. We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week with a direct phone call.

We attempted to place a recorded call on 9/20 at 4:08pm EST but had to leave a voicemail. Our call was promptly returned at 4:12pm EST by a friendly, professional and knowledgable salesperson. She built excitement around the treatment and shared details on the monthly membership program. This is great!

We recommend scheduling a Front Desk Training so we can help set up a follow up process where you are calling leads 3x in the first week of receiving the lead. This will help with the overall customer acquisition of your business.
