Isaac, you have already watched the video from Chris since it has too many details for me to put into words here.

But I am not seeing the pop up on mobile.

I am also able to move the CS page with my thumb from side to side meaning it is not flushed or fills out the entire page.
Not seeing any white space on either of the sides on mobile. What's your mobile screen resolution and browser?
Just tried with Opera and it looks fine.
But what about the mobile pop up?
1. Chance the description right above the fields to say

2. instead of having the checkboxes ca you do a text field that says
"Which areas you would like to treat?

3. The submit box is hard to see can you make "submit" all capitals in white text and make it larger please
However, I believe our 14 day trial is now over so there are no new recordings. At least not in the same manner as they were before with all the features.
Can you make the popup test have the image, lets change it to

Do we need to connect the current active popups with the lead sheet or we need to first update the design like before and then connect them with the lead sheet?
The countdown timer on popup is showing 0 because the offer expiration date was set to 12/31/2020.

I spoke to Chris and he said that we need to make sure we fix the regular pop up and put it back and the $1000 off pop up
Also, can you please look into the configuration to see if it is routed to another leadsheet - and another Zapier?
He was worried that perhaps this is not the right leadsheet for the Doc. However, you have already established that it is on another task correct?
Lastly, the countdown needs to be reset to 12/31/2021

I have now updated the popups on both of the Coolsculpting pages.
Updated the countdown timer.
Connected the popup with the lead sheet using our zapier as I couldn't find the login credentials to the client's own zapier account.

I am not seeing the leads I submitted on the leadsheet.
I filled out the pop ups and the bottom form on the pages.

Is there a reason why there is a gap of almost 400 spaces between the leads on the leadsheet Isaac?

sorry, no idea. Maybe that client has some configuration error in his zaps that's sending empty data to the lead sheet.
Are you able to get us access to the client's zapier account? All web forms on the above pages are connected through his account. I will need access to it to check why it's not sending the data to the lead sheet.
Chris did not want me to contact the Dr. about this issue.
However, since we cannot fix it without access to his Zap account, we may have to. I've just sent Chris a message to let him know.
Once he let's me know what to do, I will update you.
So Chris is adamant that this client has another leadsheet.
I informed him that this is the other one since we went through this the last time.
However, he says that this client has not updated this leadsheet in about a year so he must have another one. And he does not want to contact him so we do not look bad.
I am going to search his emails to see if I find another mention of any leadsheet from the Dr.
This client is a headache...
So I found another leadsheet for the Dr. which seems to be his.
However, the pop up is not working on it.
Can you please check to see why that is?

For the count-down timer earlier I set it to 12/31/21 as Chris asked. I have now updated it to 04/30/21 as it says April offer on the forms.
The countdown timer will say 0 at the end of the month and we need to manually update the date again to show as per the new offer.

On the countdown, that was my mistake for saying to set it to 12/31/21.
I did not know all the remaining days would show.
So we need to remember to update it monthly then?

All other forms and popups have webhook from the client's own zapier account which I couldn't find access to in the client's spreadsheet.
If you find any forms/popups not connected to the lead sheet. Let me know and I will connect them through our own Zapier account.
I will test all of them. I believe that I have already but I am going to again since there are 3 leadsheets and it is confusing.

I saw the email. Once Isaac has taken care of the remaining issue, I will do a final test on everything again.
Side form is something we do not really need to worry about I think.
But I believe they are all taken care of.
