Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris  - Just looked into it and the script that you are seeing is a shortcode of some pre-built addon that comes with Fusion builder of Avada theme and since client has switched the theme it has stopped working.

Hey Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  - Most of the issues that you are seeing on frontend of this website is because client has switched the theme but many pages still have shortocodes/elements of old theme running on them.

My only concern is that we have this landing page on a Google ad I believe. I will have to check to see if that ad is live.

I found that page = https://bloom.health/treatment/botox-and-dysport/ on the LANDING page of their account on Google ads during my audit which is why I brought it up.
