Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac is there a way to tag leads in this client's account so that we know who is a recurring client and who only came in once to their medical spa? would we have to cross-check with their crm?

Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne - Yes. If their other CRM has the recurring data (phone and email). We can do a import in GHL and it will add a tag "recurring" to all the ones it found in the GHL contacts and will also add the new contacts ones that it couldn't find with the same tag.
