Checked client’s {Blue Water Spa - www.bluewaterspany.com } website (https://bluewaterspany.com/) to see if they had a GTM account. Verified that they did, updated client’s spreadsheet so team would get access. Followed up, verified we have access to GTM-WTD5KHS property. It is added to the https://bluewaterspany.com site.

Not sure why they have 2 of them.

We also only have USER access to their GTMs. I cannot add Shane.. Not sure if we want to use this one or create another?

Shane  is asking me for GTM for this client. 
They provided us access to both of them. However, they only provided Support with USER access which is USELESS!!
I cannot add anyone. We need ADMIN access. 
Otherwise, we will need to create our own..

Don’t we usually create a gtm?

Ivonne we usually do. However, this client already has 3 GTMs accounts. And we have access to 2 of them. All we need is our access level UPGRADED to ADMIN and we are all set.
By the way, I already created the 2nd GTM for this property https://go.bluewaterspany.com/  -  GTM-WTD5KHS 
I am only waiting for higher access level so I can add Shane.. 

Created a new GTM-MXS8NKL 

 for client {Blue Water Spa - www.bluewaterspany.com }. GTM will be used in the following site [https://go.bluewaterspany.com/]. I then published and set to live. In addition, I added other team members as ADMIN, sent invites. I will provide GTM code to the team for insertion on site. Finally I will update all tasks and client spreadsheets.
