Hello Brittany Redding, Digital Marketing Manager at Medstar Brittany , it was moved as well to this new url, but when I checked the popup visual, I noticed that the emsculpt had a different design, so I changed it to the one you provided.

  • The desktop popup is populating in the app and on the leadsheet however the mobile popup is NOT populating on the leadsheet or in the app.

Can you please try again from a different network and not use "TEST" this time so we can make sure that your tests are not going to spam?

So 2 things.... maybe something is up with my phone or network because I entered a lead from my phone and it did not populate on the lead sheet or in the app.

I then asked my sister to fill out the mobile popup on her phone (she lives in an entirely different city) and her information populated on the leadsheet & in the app!
