They're budget is only $500 / month in Los Angeles. The ads hardly ever show and when they do it's only on the BS searches that no one else wants to bid on.

Perhaps making the offer better may help. 
On the before and afters, can we use images from other sites for now until they get their own?

it says it's converting at less than 1% - if its not the ads it's probably an LP issue. Wondering if we should make the offer stronger . I wish they had before and afters but they don't

I tested the pop ups... working fine.. side forms as well. 
Also performed a GTM debugger to make sure all tags were firing correctly. 
All doing so.

Whitney, I am seeing 1.32K impressions, 77 clicks... but no conversions last 7 days... 
But the good news is that is only at $111.00 total.
