8/16 Lantin & the phone leads meeting
- No zoom, no capacity to share a screen. Staff was uncooperative about trying to get on a zoom and share a screen
- Sarah, Maryann, Elviza (office staff) then Dr. Lantin on the call.
- They have no knowledge of Bodymorphmd.com site until I mentioned it.
They need full knowledge of the treatments and the way leads are generated (lead submission and offers).
-Once Dr. Lantin arrived I encouraged them to have a conversation about disclaimers and what is on the site v.s what is not said and decided in-house
- their staff do not want a call from a text submission. They want to call leads back. But Dr. Lantin wanted this integration to happen and is insisting that we keep it.
- leads are missing from app to patient now integration. She is sending me the login for Patient Now and her login so I can see if this integration is working or now.
