We could use the same GTM. 
But we are using 2 BodyMorphMD campaigns on Google ads. 
Perhaps creating a unique one may be better. 
It depends on what Shane and Chris think when it comes to conversion tracking.

Optinmonster code has also been added by me and the container is live. 
All we need is a task created for the Gravity forms and pop ups to be created as you mentioned Whitney.
