Sorry for the delayed response on this guys. I just connected with Chris, he shared: We can't touch the account until the client is trained, we'll let you know when and will do so moving forward. We cannot touch the legacy campaigns, just leave them on. We cannot adjust his scripts. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks so much! |
