I found that they have 2 GTM on their site. Here is the screenshot.

Interesting thing. You guys notice that those GMT tags DO NOT MATCH?
That means we have 3 different GMT tags for Avahlee if I am not mistaken.

Hector ends in N2C - is the correct tag manager and you have access to support. Please login to optinmonster and add the GTM to optinmonster as well as add the code to their call rail.

I don't have the login credentials for Optinmonster. 
I tried user name - chris@medstarmedia.com
but the passwords I have do not work =  | Wercool2019#$

Okay so I went to add the Avahlee GMT account and tried to add the new tags. But the account for Support@medstarmedia.com was in VIEW ONLY MODE. That meant I could not add any new tags. I finally figured out that I had to change the settings in container permission so Support@medstarmedia.com account could publish tags as well (Only Shane and Mediapong had permission)

I went ahead and added new OptinMonster tag, Callrail tag. 

Chris, I am still not seeing the GMT tag ending in N2C in the Avahlee site.
