However, due to their own personal message on the website about the changes, calls not being monitored or tracked yet.

So I noticed that client switched domain to new page =
https://beboldbody.com. They also changed their phone number.
As a result, tracking was off and Javascript snippet for call rail was not working, number not changing.
Deleted old CR container on GTM, updated with new one.
Also renamed GTM to Bold Body - Avahlee, added new Java script code, published Callrail container, set to live.

Phone number now changing correctly.
