Gain access to google business profile OR set it up and gain access after postcard verification arrives to client to claim the account. 
  1. Claim the profile.
  2. Select the primary category (be specific) & set secondary categories as needed. 
  3. Mark off OR set appropriate attributes. 
  4. Input meticulous contact information & hours of operations (including regular and holiday hours).
  5. Make sure that both business name and address exactly match other listings across the website. (i.e. using ‘St’ vs ‘Street’)
  6. Set up messaging ability.
  7. Set up tracking with UTM tools:
    1. Link with Google Analytics to the website (soon to be GA4 in July 2023)
    2. Link with Agency Analytics to the website
    3. Bright and Local

Does anyone know anything about this GMB? I don't recall seeing it before. It links to the website, but we don't have ownership.

A few things I found during my investigation of this issue:
One, we do not have access to this GMB Location.
Two, this GMB is for a completely different location (See the address)  
400 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA 02215
Three, it has a different phone number. Phone: (617) 977-6669

Judi Vallano, Medstar Judi , you will need to contact the client and find out if they know about this GMB.
Coincidentally, I initiated a takeover of this GMB and have taken ownership of it since it appears it is without one. However, we will need to verify it if we want to make any changes to it or remove it from Google search.
