  1. The BOOK NOW button on the Hero Image doesn’t scroll down to the gravity form on both Mobile and Desktop versions.
  2. The disclaimer bottom padding is too big (on both Mobile and Desktop; both the treatment page and Thank you page).
  3. Book Now on mobile is not positioned well, needed to increase the bottom space. And top padding of the badges.
4. The top padding of the Hero Image is too big on both the AgeJET treatment page and its Thank You page.
5. Before and After images, the image in this section: AGEJET TREATMENT AREAS AND APPLICATIONS​, and the image in the bottom form are not in .jpg format.

6. The Hero image is not in .jpg format and exceeds a little of the standard (1900 x 700 px).

updated numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4. For numbers 5 and 6, since this is an existing page, I'm not sure why the images are .webp format, (maybe to preserve the quality of an image). I was also not sure how much the standard size of a Hero image should be because the current Hero desktop image is only 73.2KB.
