Michael, SEO Michael can you please check this client's menu. They wanted to make a lot of changes. For example, they wanted to list "Skin Texture" under the menu, with the treatments under it. And then "Wrinkles + Aging" with the treatments under it. Most of the same treatments are listed under both menu items. Can this negatively affect SEO? What would your recommendation be for setting up their menu for best SEO practices?

Acne + Acne Scars
Skin Texture
Wrinkles + Aging

We can include these on his homepage.

Michael mentioned that the menu would not hurt SEO, he wouldn't recommend setting it up like that, but at this point it wouldn't hurt SEO. 

I would just make recommendations.
