About the ADs going live process- I often assign Hector the AD checklist to get things over to Shane at the same time things are being audited in case of any backlog for Shane to make them live. We are adding a more careful process to our protocol to be sure correct client info is on pages before the audit is assigned since sometimes we use templates. 

In cases where verification is taking longer than ads are ready to go live. Please instruct the client to use the leadsheet and still have front desk training using that. Then a follow-up training can happen once GHL is verified. We can put a temporary toll-free number until things get verified.

If it gets verified before audit then I will be sure the tracking number gets posted on the website. Otherwise, I will hold off and keep tabs on the tracking sheet until I see it has been verified. Once it is verified I will get it updated on the website and over to Hector/Shane for ad tracking. I will also notify you of the update.

Hi! This client is on a fast track now. We might be at this timeline:

next week 28-1st, finish microsite
week of labor day 9/4-9/8 - site in audit, send out front desk training. GHL ready.
week of 9/11 - get ad copy and drop all ads to Shane. Go live. Medstar app must be ready and team training this week. 

This is all web-dev dependant but I want us to be ready w/ their GHL and a2P registration (which I have followed up on getting the info for today) if everything goes to plan as above.
