The only way to verify is via the phone number that is on there now... or by mail...
We CANNOT Change the phone number until the GMB has been verified.

I tried calling this number (801) 652- 6764 now but no one picked up yet.. Could be because it is only 9 AM in Utah now.   

I added that (801) 652- 6764 to the GMB now.. 
I will try calling again later to see if they pick up to see if I can have Google verify it via that phone number.

Okay so I am updating the GMB number to (385) 260-5254. 
So if the 801 is a number they can't get back, why is it on their site now?

However, it appears someone changed it again. It could be Google users or who knows.
Since the GMB is not VERIFIED, I will try again to change it back to (385) 260-5254.

There is no support for GMB... 
They just let you rant on the forum... and from there you can try to get an answer from another person. 

What is the problem with them though?
Are they not getting the postcards?
Second, can someone at that number listed be there to respond?

so the number listed is disconnected. They never got the post cards. Maybe you can try sending again?

I suggested an edit in google that might help

i suggested another edit

I did change the S. to the address. But, Google will still go by the initial address without it. The change wont work when it comes to where the postcard is delivered. 
Hopefully, the S. on the address will not make a big difference and Linda will get it.
