Isaac  can you please add the GHL number as floating on the emtone page, I just saw a phone icon without the actual phone number on mobile. 

Ivonne - Added. To confirm this GHL phone button will appear only on the emtone service page?

Regarding the phone icon button. I also saw it on many of our other client websites as well that are built by us but I ignored it thinking you may have instructed our devs to add the phone number in this new way.

Isaac no, the number is supposed to show. What other websites have you seen this in?

Alyssa can you please procure a list of the latest websites and check that the floating number is indeed displayed? I think this happened when we started assigning developers to place the button, when before we used to always ask Isaac.

Also Isaac , for Brighton the number is supposed to be on all of their pages.

Ivonne I have been now instructing Isaac to create the floating button during the trello checklist, I think something got lost in translation on a few websites for who would tell him to do that, but we clarified in the past couple weeks. I also want to get really clear about the GHL landing pages because that process is very different from what we have been doing and I am honestly a little lost. I will schedule a time specifically to cover this topic. 

Isaac I will look over recent projects and follow up with you on who is missing it, we always want you to do this since the floating button is hardcoded. Will you please put this on your Trello checklist as a preventative measure?  I will follow up by EOD tomorrow with a list of who might be missing it. 

When we audited this site originally, the floating number was there. So I am confused at how it disappeared. I will need to do some digging. I wonder if this is the case for some of the websites.

Ivonne - Sorry but I don't remember exactly on what websites I saw it but I recall seeing them on some of the most recently built website by us.

Ivonne Alyssa - I would also recommend asking our dev team to refrain from installing new plugins for small things like floating buttons, css styling etc. As more plugins on a website may lead to slow speed and more security and compatabiltiy issues.

Isaac here are the websites that need the floating number added. I didn't find a lot, so thats good! Please add to trello checklist do/check for this, or you can also teach me how to add it myself via video in case I notice it as well and you double check my work? Thanks so much!

Alyssa - I will add it to the Trello checklist.  Thank you for offering to help but the thing is the custom code and the css for the button varies little bit on each website based on what theme they are using and also whether we need to add the floating button on certain pages or all the pages. Also you need to access the backend using sftp to access the source files and add the code in there.

While assigning me a website to cross check it with the Trello checklist. Please mention the below two things.

# Whether the floating button will appear on all the pages or only on specific LPs where we are running ads to.

# The floating button would have the GHL tracking phone number or the office phone number.

We want it on all pages. I will double check recent sites to be sure it is on all pages since you mentioned this. 

I thought the protocol would be that we have the GHL on the floating number no matter what. Unless I missed that it needs to adhere to the same protocol of the Menu/LP of only placing the GHL number on the ad pages, then the usual number on the other pages. Either way we want the floating number on all pages.  Ivonne please verify. 

Isaac I confirmed with Ivonne via a phone call. We will always put the GHL tracking # on the floating number.

The GHL tracking number (floating on mobile) should only go on pages we are running ads to and on the entire microsite (because we create microsites to run ads to all of the pages).

So when we do a full website, we would only have the GHL tracking number on pages we run ads to (this number will be the only floating on mobile). The office number will be on footer and menu. 

On microsites, the GHL tracking number will be on header, footer, and as a floating number throughout the entire website.

So, I think we need to tell Isaac on the trello checklist task which pages to add the floating GHL tracking number (whether all of them or select ones).

For Wellnessesity for example, during the Trello checklist, we would ask Isaac to create 2 tracking numbers, one for Wyckoff location and one for Closter.

Then we would only place those on these pages (as a floating number and throughout the content of these pages:

Ok, thanks for clarifying further Ivonne . This is what I called about earlier but maybe I wasn't as clear when I asked. Got it now though, 100%, and will update the audit guidelines.

Should we ask Hector to archive Eltra Self to avoid confusion or do you think they will come back? Spreadsheets need to be updated too because they are still listed as active. Unless I am looking in the wrong place. This is where I am looking.

Isaac, I will review recent websites again and let you know if anything needs to be adjusted. Sorry for the mixup.
