Went ahead and searched the web for client's Brighton 90210 - Robyn McKibbin - www.brighton90210.com GMB page. Found it listed under name {Brighton Therapy} for the - 1125 S Beverly Dr #500, Los Angeles, CA 90035 - location. Used our Support account to send a backdoor request. Sent a backdoor request and updated task to wait for GMB linking confirmation from client.

Saw that my back door request was never responded to which means the client does not have access to this Gmail. I went ahead and began the process to take over the GMB and verify it. Called the 310-201-1600 number and let them know I had requested the code from Google ads. Got code, verified GMB, will send access to the client.
