Kenneth Baird, MD is our medical director so that we can operate under his license.  However, everyone knows me as the business owner and in charge of the business.  I’m probably more knowledgeable then 99% of the people in this business.  I was in pharmaceutical management my entire career and sold a company that I founded for stupid money in 2006.
 
What makes your practice stand out against your competitors ?  Simple…we offer great products and services at very affordable prices.  We are very low key, no pressure and there’s no obligation when you visit or have a complimentary consultation. Well trained and knowledgeable staff.  We spend a lot of time with clients on the phone.  We have a very comfortable non-spa environment.  We are a Diamond level Allergan Provider…out of 35,000 accounts we are in the top 300 nationwide.  I buy $70,000 of BOTOX every month.  After we get done with the Calista website we’ll work on DFW Tattoo Removal which is part of Calista just different demographics.  We are the leader in tattoo removal in DFW…we do 50-100 per week.

1. Besides the town/city your spa is located in, are there any surrounding areas you would like to rank for? For example, a client located in Southlake (a suburb of Dallas) Texas, would like to rank for Dallas and Fort Worth, as well as Southlake.  Probably so…depending on cost.  Colleyville is just we of DFW airport in the Southlake-Grapevine-Colleyville area (very affluent)

 
2. Has your facility received any awards or recognitions? Is there anything you can think of that may distinguish you from your competitors? (i.e. a luxury facility, the experience or training of the treatment provider, etc.)
 
3. CoolSculpting Technologies: Do you have the new CoolSculpting applicators? Do you offer dual coolsculpting?  We have 2 new CoolSculpting machines – 10 applicators and obviously can Dual Sculpt.
 
4. Do you offer any discount (or promotion) for first time CoolSculpting patients? (Many facilities offer a 25% discount for new CoolSculpting customers.) We offer a great deal for all customers…buy 3 cycles one free $1350.

JUST A BUNCH OF FYI
 
In our 81/2 years we have over 14,000 clients.  We offer great products and services at reasonable prices.  Always very busy…last week because of being closed due to weather we had to reschedule 250 appointments.  We are always ahead of the competition when it comes to innovative new services.  We were probably the first client in DFW to offer micro-needling 7+ years ago).  We’ve been doing PRP procedures for 6+ years.  We do 5-8 men (Gaineswave & P-Shots) and 5-8 women (Intima and O-Shots) sexual wellness procedures daily.  We do 30+ BioTE pellets weekly.  50-100 Tattoo Removals weekly.  Generally the best price you’ll find anywhere yet we make a lot of money.  CoolSculpting is probably my Achilles heal….we’ve never done as well as we should.  I resisted buying coolsculpting as long as possible…just not found of body sculpting.  It’s a huge franchise so I finally bought 2 machines…since where so big I probably got the deal of a life time.  However, being Texas there are a lot of providers.  The high price scares people away.  Lately doing 2 clients daily so really picking up again.  Though we’re in an affluent area people can be pretty tight.  Sometimes it’s the contractors wife that comes from Ft. Worth and dumps a pile of cash.
 
Dan Schildgen (myself) retired pharmaceutical exec.  Great at business development.  I answer tons of calls…much better at selling then most.  I know more then most people in this business.  Clients love talking to me.
