Vania wanted to reach out to you since Alyssa and Hector are on Vacation, do we have anyone on the SEO team that could look into Calista's GMB account? They want to show when people google "Colleyville med spas or med spas near me Calista". When me and vania looked at his profile it does not say anything about being a med spa.

Hannah, Client Success Manager at Medstar Hannah I am responsible for beefing up GMB profiles. I can sprinkle in medspa on their profile but that won't do much good. I will speak to Kamie and our SEO strategist about getting them to show higher up on the Google search for those terms. That can be done with blog posts and service page updates on their website.

Looping Kamie Allen, Content Manager Kamie and Michael, SEO Michael  into this. I will work on incorporating those keywords into their GMB posts and profile description. Their main category on there is already medical spa. Can you guys come up with a plan to get these rankings up with future SEO work?

Genius minds think alike! Lol, Kamie and I were just talking about those keywords on our Wednesday call. I actually changed their homepage title tag to "Med Spa in Colleyville TX | Calista Laser & Skin Center" last week.

Part of our June content plan will be to add around 500 words to the homepage targeting "Colleyville Med Spa" type keywords. On-page signals play a big role in Map rankings, so including these variations will help our rankings for these keywords.

I'll also be adding a few internal links throughout the site pointing back to the homepage using "Colleyville Medspa" variations to help as well.

From a GMB perspective, if the client was able to get a few reviews that mention "med spa in Colleyville" or something similar that would also be beneficial.

I don't believe so. Most of the tasks to work on this have been completed.

The homepage content updates have been added, title tag and h1 has been updated, I added local business schema to the home page and service pages, and I'm in the process of improving their internal linking.

Now we just need to monitor and see how their rankings respond.
