I checked for it and it seems

https://www.calistalaser.com/
and
https://www.calistalaser.com/news/

are two different websites.

They have the WordPress installed on sub-folder here - /news/
and their main website https://www.calistalaser.com/ on the same domain built on some other system. It may be a little confusing but that is why the popup is working fine on all pages and posts that contain "Coolsculpting" in the URL on the /news/ website. For eg here.
https://www.calistalaser.com/news/coolsculpting-for-men/
but not on the page built on the main website.
