I am not seeing it under our Medstar Clients account.
I only see the semaglutide.
Chris says it is running somewhere else.. what account is it running in?

Shane - We are good here. I asked Hector to look into this for me but I did not communicate well. You launched the NEO ads out of our Medstar Ciletns account which was correct! Thank you

This account is at risk of being disabled.... their payment method on file = Visa • 5126
keeps failing. Emily we need to reach out to the client about this right away...

Hector  thanks for the update. I will give them a call right now and keep you posted.

Hector Can you try putting the payment through again? She told me she called her bank on Friday about this and that it should go through now. It was marked as a fraud charge again for some reason. They had this issue a few weeks ago and had gotten it resolved so that's strange it happened again.

Still nothing. Tried again just in case and the payment continues to be declined. 

Thanks to the hard work from Emily and the continuous follow up with the client, we got this issue fixed. Payment went through. I am now seeing that the account is back to being active.
