I asked Charmae where she copies the notification email for the popups and she confirmed from the GF notifications so it seems earlier we had the wrong email in the GFs. Maybe we created them on the website before 15th March the date Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector updated them here on BC3.

Okay so I checked the tasks and I have courtnee@drhank-cammi.com as the email.
On this task in particular, I added the email with 2 ees. (See my screenshot)

Coincidentally, I found out about the other email courtney@drhank-cammi.com
 being used back on May 5th and I reported it to Isaac on the task below.

I looked into it to check how I missed it twice and don't make this same mistake again and found the email notification update that I made earlier and confirmed here in this task were on the popup zap that we set up this client's old temporary LPs -

On Sat I saw the wrong email in the new popup zap that we have created for this client's new website cardinalagemanagement.com.

Charmae mentioned she copies the email email the GFs so it could be that at the time of her setting up the zap for popups the new website still had the wrong email.

To avoid this in future.

Charmae Arcayan, Medstar Charmae - Moving forward. Can you please copy the notification email in the popup zap from this task that we keep updated instead of from the GFs? or may be Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa we can mention the emails in the task we create for Charmae Arcayan, Medstar Charmae   for the popups to make it easy for her?
