 you can just tell the client that we're looking into it. Wordpress is the most popular website platform so occasionally it gets viruses. We'll look into it to make sure we fix it. 

I sent Isaac the support ticket # in Slack Escalations channel 

There is malware, likely due to a plugin

WP team is opening a ticket to the security team to scan/clean it.

 that makes so much sense because I was on the phone with the client earlier and she forwarded me an email that the owner received. they thought it was a lead from our campaign and were confused because Sandy isn't supposed to receive those emails. Then when I looked at it I noticed it was from wpadmin email address. i'm wondering if this has to do with it
