Went ahead and searched the web for client's GMB page.
Found it listed under name {Chantilly Medical Center: Samir Nazam, MD }
Used our Support account to send a backdoor request.
Sent a backdoor request and updated task to wait for GMB
linking confirmation from client.

Obtained access to this client's GMB page. Office is closed today so I will need to call back to verify it.

Went ahead and called the office, had Google call them and provide code, verified account.
Added hours of operations, about us and other info to the GMB. Also invited Dr. Nasim and added him as owner of the GMB page.

Actually, she CC Dr. Nazam on the email and after some back and forth, I added him as owner. She then proceeded to demote us to manager - LOL -
