This client needs to be added to Bright Local, AHREFS and other places since they are SEO. However, I cannot begin to do that until we have a GMB for them. Should I create one for them?

I am a little hesitant to do so until the client is informed. Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne  can you let her know we will be sending a post card to her place please?

Good grief... It is hard to help clients like this who are so reluctant to let us do our jobs. 
I can follow up with her on my last email conversation which includes Ivonne.

I have taken care of this. I contacted Christine and she created GMB and sent me Gmail login info. I then added support as Manager, sent invite. Trying to verify GMB now.
