This is done before assigning Shane the tasks.
Website/LP Check- Double check the link included in the "Google Ads- Set up campaigns" and/or "Facebook/Instagram - Set up campaigns"
- Popup check & gravity form check (check right offer)
- Verify the LPs of the campaigns we are running have the correct GHL tracking number and that it rings to the right number
Google Tag Assistant Legacy Check- Confirm that the website has Google Tag Manager installed.
- Access Google Tag Manager to ensure the correct tag is present in the team manager's section.
- Verify that the tag code is correct
- Check the admin settings and user management to ensure appropriate access rights.
Facebook Ads Check:- Validate access to the Facebook account using the Facebook Ads ID
- Does it appear they have an active payment method on file
Google Ads Check:- Confirm if the client is running Google ads.
- Locate the account under support@medstarmedia.com MCC or mymedstarmedia@gmail.com or in the relevant section.
- Ensure the ads have been running for at least two weeks (Smart Campaign)
- Check the total spend to ensure it exceeds $20.
Confirm Trello has been completed and Creatives are ready.
