We had added all the forms, but now there are no forms because someone deleted the Gravity Form plugin. For this reason, no forms are showing, but you can still see the form code below (SS).

So weird Zaib, Website Designer Zaib  I remembered the forms and when we audited there were forms. I am looping in Isaac.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac please help on this when you can. The gravity form plugin got deleted by someone but not sure who. I checked with the auditor, they did not remove it.  Only the webhook add-on is installed.
