That stinks. If you look at the search terms they're all invisalign specific.
These people make decisions too fast on whether something works or not.
They're not really set up for success on a dental implant campaign with only a $2000 per month budget either. I can tell you from experience that most budgets are about five times that high for dental implants
Damn, how can we show clients some action at lower budgets? If we can get one deal for them we can get them to spend more.
I think it depends on what the client defines as "success." If it's "leads" on a report, expanded reach is the only option at budgets this low.
