I created a Callrail account for them last week. 
Javascript snippet is installed properly, number is changing. 

Chris - I just checked and all GFs and Optins are already connected with the leadsheet. Can you pls let me know on what form you performed the test on so that I can debug?

For PODIO. We will need client's podio account credentials to authorize in ZAPIER.

For CallRail. I'm unable to connect our callrail account with ZAPIER for some unknown reason. It's showing white blank screen. I will open a support ticket for this.

I connected all pages - including click to call - now on their GTM. 
Please check to see if that did it for you now. 

Hector - Sorry didn't get you here. Can you please clarify what you are referring to here?

@Issac, my bad for not being clearer in my comment.
I meant by the TAGS on the GTM account for them.
Maybe it won't have a bearing on what you were working on, but I thought I give it a try...

Hector - No worries. 

ZAPIER is not able to communicate to our CallRail account using their own API. It's different and not related to the tags in GTM.  Thank you for trying to help..appreciated.
