I am noticing that the side forms on this client's leadsheet do not SHOW a time on them. Can you please fix this so we know what time each lead came in?

There is no TIME showing up on the leads from SIDE FORMS..
NO TIME at all, only the date.
Please see the screenshot or look at my test on the leadsheet.
Only the date is visible. No time stamps.
