  • Test all forms to check they are populating to lead sheet and named correctly.*
  • Make sure Landing Pages have pop-ups or assign them if not.*
  • Make sure Blogs have separate form. 
  • Check pop-ups and gravity forms and images are consistent with Set Up info.*
  • Check buttons & imagery are bold and catching 
  • Needs to be a lightbox pop-up - not directly embedded.

Kristabel, Medstar Kristabel please proceed finalized edits listed below. This site is the Highest Priority for Monday, please. 

Also, please go over the google sheet and make sure only the pages that are listed there are on the website and menu.  Make sure the slugs match the original site too.
For example: Dermal fillers was just /fillers/, I fixed to be /dermal-fillers/

1. Confirmation page needs to be a copy homepage, still has some of the template.
2. Set featured Image as logo or of team.
3.  Replace the model on the Coolsculpting Blurb with this one
