Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac can you add a cache plugin? Do you have access to the hosting/cpanel in order something goes wrong? The website needs a lot of updates, so it's risky to activate the cache plugin they have (W3 Total Cache).

Selena Vujatov, Medstar Selena - No, we don't have access to this website cPanel. Also in this case, since the cache is set up on server level. Purging cache from third-party plugins may not work. We would have directly purged them from the server.

If you will be doing more work on this website and the cache is causing issues. We can ask Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector to gain access to the client's hosting or ask the client to temporarily disable the cache on the website or specific pages on the website.
