I am alerting you all so you can become aware of a potential issue on other sites.

The Cocar has discovered that their floating call number isn't working. I tested this today. Their office number the site, 720-326-6028 does work, and I was easily connected to the front desk.
When I used the tracking number button, (720)-650-0352, on my personal mobile device, it took me to what sounded like a wrong number.

Please fix this connection. TY!

Hey team  Emily, Medstar Emily Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol this is being handled over slack. We couldn't replicate the issue but going to have Isaac investigate.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac Jenna and I tested and couldn't replicate it. Nicol mentioned that there was never an option to leave a voice mail but that it gave a pre-recorded error message. 

Upon further discovery, the client mentions that they have two phone lines. The error happens when switching between lines. How can that be fixed? Appreciate any advice you can offer. Thanks!

Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa - I disabled the call connect feature in the phone number. Someone enabled it in their tracking phone number. Please ask the client to test again and let me know if it works this time.
